Can you stay calm and collected, even when the bar is full to bursting, and make sure every cocktail is served with respect for the delicious ingredients? Then we believe you could be our new Bar Supervisor at Cube Bar at Scandic Webers. We know that you take pride in knowing our drinks menu inside out and keeping up to date, so you can give the best possible advice. And we know that you can juggle without spilling, that for you the glass is always half full and that you spread your positivity throughout the bar. Duties

• The over all bar responsibility on your duty
• Development of the bar's menu
• Mixing and serving drinks, cocktails, beer and wine
• Personal, passionate and professional serving in the bar including upselling
• Ordering and purchasing
• Shift planning
• Maintain a good and active relationship with our suppliers
• Ensure that internal routines and established guidelines in the bar are followed and are part of the operative work
• Receipt of payment and cashing up
• Ensuring compliance with laws and guidelines on alcohol
• Teaching trainees and new colleagues

Skills & Requirements

Who are you?

• You are a trained bartender with broad cocktail experience or equivalent commercial experience.
• You have a good sense of humor and a ready smile
• You love giving good service and building relationships
• You are skilled in sales and good at understanding guests’ needs and wishes
• You have a natural "flair" and knowledge of how to run and optimize a bar
• You see challenges as fantastic opportunities for continuous improvement
• You have a good overview and as a person you are creative, motivating, have a high energy level and work results-oriented
• You speak a Nordic language and/or good English
